In any refrigeration cycle,can the heat rejected from the condenser
be utilized even in low temperature differences?

Response to heat recovery
Yes, low temp gradients can be used but we should increase the path of
the working fluid which increases the size of the condenser.
This effects the specific power of the engine,which is not that desirable taking initial cost of material and it occupies more space.
