I assume you have 2-300 deg.F waste heat available since you ask about applying it to Sterling engine.
Stirling engines are designed around the absolute temperature difference in deg. Rankine or Kelvin. Your cooling water or heat sink temperature is also needed.
In general the a waste heat stream in this temprature range would not likely be advantageous.
A more efficient hybrid system for utilizing the waste heat from a turbine to drive an electrical generator is described on pg. 60 of the September 2008 issue of Popular Science magazine. A patent has been applied for covering this system.
