how to post pictures in this forum?

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES INTO A THREAD..HOW CAN I DO
THAT?THE ERROR KEEPS CAME UP WHEN I TRIED TO DO SO

To post photos to the photo section:
1. After composing your message click on "Submit" to go to the confirmation screen.
2. If message is not like you want it go back to the first screen and update your message and click "Submit."
3. Below the correct message there is a photo submission form to add photos to your post. Use the "Browse" to locate the photo in the files on your hard disk and add them one at a time to the list.
4. Note that only .jpeg .jpg or .gif images will be viewable to most readers of the forums.
