"Symanski engines"

As far as I know there are NO plans available for use in building reproductions of Jim Symanski's Stirling engines.

The best information available is on Justin Symanski's web site at where you will find many photographs of Stirling engines made by his father Jim.

How many hours can a Stirling engine for CHP work without maintenance?

An online search for "Micro gen CHP" and similar terms as well as should answer most of your questions.
