can anyone list the calcuations that would go into a Stirling engine
similar to the MM-7?
calculations on how it operates is what im interested in. Such as
pressure, rpm, volume, etc.

The MM-7 is a LTD model Stirling Engine that will run on the heat of your hand. AFAIK it was built sans calculations from experience. You would have to have one in hand to measure all the dimensions. If you want to build one do so with care and skill from a photograph and you will likely have a running model. Almost all model engines made from all kinds of cans etc. run with a minimum of tinkering & adjustments.
Parts light in weight, minimum friction, easy to turn over by hand, and almost completely air tight. Usually there is sufficient leakage to prevent being pressure bound.
Volume and rpm are easy to measure, pressure varies as to where and how you measure it. It varies from below to above atmospheric by a very small amount.
