I am trying to find a way to use a Stirling cycle in a prsonal
cooling system for police men in field acctivity.
Is there a way to do that? The system should be as light as possible.

Cooling by Stirling Cycle
Stirling cycle devices are used in low temperature applications such as liquefaction of gasses. The need for a energy source, and peripherals in addition to the Stirling device would make such systems somewhat more than a lightweight backpack.
For portable use to cool men in protective suits etc. you might research the availability of conventional equipment currently on the market. NASA has cooling suits of EVA and other uses.
