Stirling engine Fans

I am new to Stirling engines but I am ot new to machining. I am a
model maker for the Air Force. I would like to machine a Stirling
engine fan but I have no idea where to begin and if there is
someplace that offers free prints of these. I have bought prints in
the past of other projects I wanted to do only to find out that the
prints were horrible...almost unreadable and missing many
dimensions. Can anyone help me out?
