I´m looking for a CHP Stirling Engine for a single house so I need
about 3 kW of electrical power from this engine. How much does it
cost this kind of engine? Is there someone on the market that is
offering this kind of solution?

CHP units are/were manufactured on contract for qualified homes with the expectation that they would not only provide heating but also be able to supply excess electrical power to the grid. Cost was on the order of $10,000 and break even in ten years.

To the best of my knowledge they were not sold to individuals directly.
