How many hour do you think that a Stirling engine for CHP with an
electrical power of about 3 kW can work without maintenance? Do you
know where I can find Power output vs. efficiency curve diagrams?

I have no idea of the MTBF for the commercially made units but would expect them to last well beyond the l0 year break even point.
