I have two questions and hope for helpful answers

1. I am wondering whether Stirling engines would produce more energy
if the temperature difference between the hot and cold chambers is
bigger. I am looking to try them with my devices that generate
temperature of 450 degree F. and higher.

2. Are there ready-to-use Stirling engines for this purpose? If so
where can I get them?

Generally the greater the temperature difference between the heat sourcd and the heat sink results in improved operation of a 'Stirling' engine.
There are NO sources of ready to run Stirling engines, that I am aware of. If there were you would have no difficulty in locating it/them. Most hobbyists buy a demonstaration engine to experience it's features and then move on to design and build one, a rather time consuming process.
There is no easy answer!
