Size of Stirling = Hp

To any one who can help me:
I'm looking for a book or information with a formula that will tell
me if, i had an engine that was ??x?? piston size and a temp
difference on each side of ?? degree's, how much hp would i develope
at full speed?

I do not have personal knowledge of a formula to determine the output given the delta T and the bore x stroke of the piston.
In addition there are many design variables which affect output
Stirling engines, especially the models, are deceptively simple.
In reality detailed theory is still not completely understood.
There is a small book, "Around the World by Stirling Engine" by Brent H. Van Arsdell is available elsewhere on this site.

When I was searching Amazon, I came across this book. (The Regenerator and the Stirling Engine)

Supposedly it contains various formulas for calculating Stirling outputs and efficiencies. Perhaps most important is that it's supposed to contain information necessary to producing a highly efficient engine. Since I haven't personally read the book, take this suggestion with a grain of salt. However, it does seem to be the best place to look.

Designing a successful Stirling engine is not a cookbook exercise.
Start with the basics before spending $165 for a book on a spcialized area of Stirlings.
