I would like to know If there is a heating system using a Stirling
for the blower? The engine would not have to be very efficent
because the cold side would be in the cold air return and all the
waste heat will be added to the return air.The air flow being
constant should mean less power and more comfort.Using gas the
thermostat would control burners for more or less heat.With enough
power from the Stirling to generate electricity to work the
thermostat and burners allowing home heat with the power out.
Next ? If the heat is flowing though the engine from the heater into
the home will that give you engery(blower) at 0 engery loss(free)???

I have seen a Stirling fan on ebay that sits on your wood stove to circulate air. This may be a place to start. Good luck, Danny

The Stirling fan referred to above is made and sold in Canada (and shipped to US) for use in remote cabins. Sits on wood/coal cook stove and heats entire cabin. It is an adaptation of the "kyko" fan.
A knock-off of the "kyko" was made in Pakistan until recently. A limited number were made on special order for an individual in South Australia, and a few 'originals' were sought out and bought by an individual in US. Blade diameter 20" and 22" respectively. About 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" power piston. Neither is cheap as they are collectors items. Search the www for "Stirling fans" with dogpile and google.
