Solar powered Stirling information is pretty much not available as to details but is presented in broad terms.
You didn't mention power requirements or pump specifications, i.e. gpm, suction lift, and head pressure. This would be the starting point to determine the engine size. From that point you are pretty much on your own. As far as I know there are no ready to build plans for real power producing Stirlings available.
