Would a Stirling engine (or a few combined) be able to support a
small personal jetpack (similar in size to the one from the movie the
Rocketeer)?

Wouldn't that be fantastic? Unfortunately Stirling engines are not adaptable to jet packs or rocket as motive power.
A jet/rocket depends on the expulsion of particles at very high speeds to provide the thrust to lift loads.
Let me suggest that you read the posts in all of the forums and follow the "Site Map" to learn more about Stirling engines and their applications.
