I have an application using 4 each 2 MW Jenbacher engine sets with a
lot of waste exhaust, is there anyone making a system that might be
applied to the exhaust gas and increase the yield efficiency

There are no currently available any small power producing Stirling Engines or Hot Air Engines on the market. You might be able to make a new machine or convert an existing one to recover some of the waste heat but that would require extensive knowledge of Stirling design and the capabilities of a skilled machinist and shop facilities.
