"Motion Mountain" an Introduction to College Physics

Post by stan.hornbaker »

In googling for Heron's Fountain for my grandson
was listed as a source of information. Haven't found Heron's Fountain
yet nor the Laser Loudspeaker listed on one of the site's pages but
did find a free download-able text book on Physics with the title
"Motion Mountain" 21st edition.

The short paragraph, "Advice For Learners" at the top of unnumbered
Page 16 is worth every student's attention and putting into practice.
There is a section on Thermodynamics and Entropy which should be of
interest.

If you should happen to run across Heron's Fountain or the Laser
Loudspeaker in the book please advise the page number(s)via email to
wa4tjj@arrl.net
