I heard that you can cool and heat with the Stirling engine if you
operate the engine with an el. engine for example. Is it right that
you only have to do this , or do you have to change the cool and the
heat side of the engine?

Yes, it is true that a Stirling engine can be operated in reverse as a cooling device. Stirling refrigerators however are specifically designed for the purpose. They are used for very low temperature applications approaching absolute zero!

If you have a model Stirling engine you can do an educational experiment by driving in with a small electric motor and feel the difference between the hot and cold 'ends,'
