Stirling cylus thermodynamics

Can someone help me im doing my thesis about the Stirling engine and
i'm somewath stuck at the thermodynamics the theoretical part is no
problem but how does the pressure-volume diagram look when you see
it practicly if someone can give me tips or somthing please

A funny request. You say you know the theory, but want to see what the pressure-volume diagrams look like. Really, that should be what your research will show.

In fact, there are lots of references, with with cool animation for meters, that show the temperature and pressure.

The total volume of the Stirling workspace for the engine, remains the same, of course. Right ?

But, yes, volume is another measurement for the hot and cold side when there is a displacer in action.

You will have to google for specifics. You should compare your own measurements against accepted standards for Stirling design, and try to find where the odd differences are. They are there!

I still have a question when you meusure the temprature do you take the average of the hot and cold cilinder or where do you meusure it
