Do you know of any mfg that makes a Stirling Engine that operates in
the range of 20C-100C, so a delta T of 80C?

The answer to your question as asked is a flat NO. There are model (toy) Stirling engines that operate on delta T's in this range.

Presumably you want to realize some operating expense savings from utilizing waste heat from some kind of processing equipment.
Questions: Why a Stirling engine, anything in particular?
Would any reasonable other solution be acceptable?

The reason I ask specifically about Stirling Engines in this temperature range is because of the quiet operation of these engines compared to others. If you could suggest another engine with a low auditory footprint, it would also be appreciated.

Are there any reliable "toys" that operate in this range that can be cooled by tap water for faster cycling?

I saw your posting on matteranenergy and ener-g-rotors before I posted to begin with. Matteranenergy is too large of a system and would not interface well with my system.

I know Deluge Inc has an engine, but I was wondering if there were other Stirling engines.
