We believe in the products we carry, and stand behind them. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of any fully-assembled product marked with our Guarantee Badge, email us for an RMA and return shipping address within 90-days of delivery. We will promptly respond to your request for an RMA number.
Upon receipt of your authorized return to the assigned shipping address, we will refund you the price you paid for the item. That’s right, we fully stand behind the excellent quality of our products. This guarantee does not apply to multi-pack purchases, user-assembled kits, or products not marked with our Guarantee Badge. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
It is very important that you email us for an RMA number. The return shipping box must be marked with an authorized RMA number and returned to the specified shipping address. If the product is returned to the wrong address, it will cost us extra shipping and handling to reship it to the correct address. We will subtract any such charges from your refund.
Note: We do not refund your original shipping and handling charges, nor do we pay for return shipping charges. This guarantee applies to StirlingEngine.com website orders only and products marked with our Guarantee Badge. It does not apply to multi-pack items or user-assembled kits. However, we do stand behind all of the products that we sell, and will work hard to resolve any problem. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will of of course replace it.
