International Orders. Orders from outside the United States are shipped via airmail for the posted “Other countries” shipping cost. This is the best option as the cost of courier service can easily cost $200 or more per engine.
Where Can I Find the Shipping Price? Shipping prices are posted on the right column of each product page in the orange box with the heading “Shipping.”
The price directly following the word USA is the price for shipping the first item of the product to the USA. The price listed after “Additional Items” is the price for shipping additional items of the product to the USA.
The price directly following “Other countries” is the price for shipping the first item of the product outside the USA. The price listed after “Additional items” is the price for shipping additional items of the product outside the USA. Please email us for shipping prices for more than ten of any product.
Currency Conversion: Use the Oanda currency converter to convert the U.S. dollars price to your home currency.
Gift orders: If your purchase is intended as a gift and your package will not be delivered in time, a lot of our customers have made their friends and family happy by wrapping a picture of the product along with a card that says the real gift is on it’s way.
Purchasing Agents: If you have received an invoice, please remit payment to the address on your invoice.
Documentation Fee: If you would like to order online using a corporate or university credit card, please make sure to include the $100.00 documentation fee with your first order.
This is a one time fee that covers the cost of the additional paperwork that we are typically asked to fill out after school, university, or corporate orders.
The documentation fee applies only to schools, universities and corporations within the United States.
You don’t need to pay this fee if you order with a personal credit card.
